Site privacy policy

  1. In general
    1. This personal data processing policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how DANDY Business Park ("us", "our", "we") collects and processes information about you.
    2. The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect via the website, https://dandybusinesspark.dk (the "Website").
    3. is the data controller for your personal data. All inquiries must be made via the contact details listed in section 7.
  2. Collection of your personal data
    1. What personal data do we collect and for what purposes?
      1. When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you, such as the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on the Website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimize the conversion on the Website, improve it and perform targeted marketing.
      2. When you purchase a product on the Website, we collect information about you, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about which products you purchase and may have returned for the purpose of delivering products to you and to fulfill our accounting obligations.
      3. When you sign up for our newsletter, you give your explicit consent for us to collect information about you, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about what you have purchased and possibly returned.
      4. We use the information we collect when you subscribe to the newsletter to administer the subscription, to offer you special benefits and for direct marketing purposes, including to inform you about our products and new goods/services and to provide you with other news and information that you have given your separate consent for us to send to you.
      5. When you fill in our contact boxes, we collect information about you, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, completed comments and other information you have filled in.
    2. What is the basis for the collection?
      1. The collection of information as mentioned in section 2.1.1 is necessary for us to be able to safeguard our interests in improving the functions of the Website and the structure of the Website and to offer you relevant offers.
      2. We only use your IP address to determine your geographical location if we have received your separate consent to do so.
      3. The collection of information as mentioned in section 2.1.2 is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with you.
      4. We only collect the data mentioned in section 2.1.3 if you give your explicit consent.
      5. The collection of information mentioned in section 2.1.5 is necessary for us to be able to make contact and have a minimum amount of information.
  3. Use of data processors
    1. We use external companies to, among other things, carry out the technical operation of the Website, e.g. our suppliers assist us in connection with targeted marketing, including for retargeting, and improvement of the Website and for your evaluation of our products/services. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality.
    2. One of these data processors, Google Analytics v/Google Inc, is established in the USA. The necessary safeguards for the transfer of data to the United States are ensured through the processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. A copy of the certification can be found here.
  4. Your rights
    1. In order to create transparency regarding the processing of your data, we, as data controller, must inform you of your rights.
    2. The right of access
      1. You are at any time entitled to request information from us in writing about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal data and recipients of information there may be, and information about where the information originates.
      2. You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. We charge a fee of DKK 50.00 for the provision of multiple copies. If you want a copy of your personal data, you must send a written request to together with documentation that you are the person in question.
    3. The right to rectification
      1. You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
      2. Information that we have collected in connection with your registration to our customer club can be corrected by logging in to your user profile.
    4. The right to erasure
      1. In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g. if you withdraw your consent to your registration for our customer club. To the extent that the processing of your data is necessary, for example to comply with our accounting obligations, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.
    5. The right to restrict processing to storage
      1. In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted to storage only, for example if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.
    6. The right to data portability
      1. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit this information to another controller when we collect your personal data in connection with:
        • you purchase a product from us, cf. section 2.1.2, or
        • that you consent to us using your IP address to determine your geographical location, cf. section 2.2.2, or
        • that you give your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, cf. section 2.1.3
    7. The right to object
      1. You have the right at any time, for specific reasons, to object to our processing of your personal data that we collect for the purpose of improving functions on the Website and its structure, cf. section 2.1.1
      2. You also have the right at any time to object to our processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes, cf. section 2.1
      3. If you object to the processing, we are no longer entitled to process your personal data unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for continued processing.
    8. The right to withdraw consent
      1. You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to us using your IP address to determine your geographical location, cf. section 2.1.1 and your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, cf. section 2.1.3. If you revoke your consent, you should be aware that in certain cases we may be entitled to continue processing, cf. section 2. In such cases, you will be informed accordingly.

    9. The right to complain
      1. You have the right at any time to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K about our processing of your personal data.
  5. Deletion of personal data
    1. If you do not use our Website for a period of 1 year, we will automatically delete the information we have registered about you, however, in order to comply with legal requirements, including requirements in accounting legislation (5 years from the end of the financial year) and consumer legislation (the 2-year right of complaint), we may store certain personal data for a longer period.
    2. Information that we have collected in connection with your consent for us to send you marketing by e-mail, SMS and post will be deleted if you withdraw your consent, unless we are entitled to continue processing, cf. section 2.
    3. Information that we have collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be deleted if you contact us. In all newsletters, you will have the opportunity to respond and thereby opt out of your subscription. By unsubscribing, we automatically delete the data we have collected on you.
  6. Safety and security
    1. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or deterioration of personal data and against unauthorized access or misuse.
    2. Only employees who have a genuine need to access your personal data to perform their work will have access to it.
