With the Spanish Steps as its architectural landmark and recyclable materials integrated into every room, Resilience House is a living example of how sustainability can be incorporated into modern commercial buildings.

This first floor lease has a total of 65 m² - divided into 44 m² of office space and 21 m² of common areas. It currently consists of three smaller office spaces and a storage room, but it can easily be converted into one large, open office if you want more coherence and air.

Included in the rent:
The rent covers electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi in common areas. Please note, however, that internet, electricity and cleaning in the rental itself are not included.

Financial terms:
- Deposit: 6 months cash rent + 6 months deposit for operating costs
