As the first building in the park, TeCH House is DGNB Gold certified and sets new standards for sustainable office facilities in Vejle and the Triangle Region. Here we combine innovation, responsibility and comfort - for the benefit of both people and the environment.
TeCH House is not only built for today, but designed for the future. The building is part of a European research project where we are testing solutions that equalize energy consumption throughout the day. The goal is clear: to reduce resource consumption and create more sustainable commercial real estate.
In our world it's not either/or, it's both/and, which is why you'll find our retro exhibition in the middle of the building. Here you can take a well-deserved break and challenge your colleagues to a game of Pac-Man or pinball. Because knowledge grows best when there's also room for play and laughter.
