Welcome to Green Tech House - an iconic building in DANDY Business Park. With its eye-catching green glass facade and familiar wind turbine, the building stands as a symbol of green technology and sustainability.
This status was cemented on June 24, 2014, when His Majesty King Frederik, then HRH Crown Prince Frederik, performed the official opening. By pressing the red button that symbolically turned green, he marked the start of a new chapter for green technology in DANDY Business Park. At the same time, the push activated the house's online energy database - a key element in Green Tech House's vision for a greener future.
An inspiring setting for growth and collaboration
Green Tech House spans 3,600 m² over three floors and offers flexible office solutions for everything from small teams to larger companies. In total, the building can accommodate up to 200 employees working in a bright and open environment where green plants and an impressive atrium create an inspiring working environment.
In addition to the office facilities, Green Tech House also has modern meeting rooms, reception and a canteen. Visit our cozy coffee bar where you can enjoy a freshly brewed barista coffee and meet tenants, colleagues and guests for an informal chat.
Materials with care
At Green Tech House, nothing is left to chance - not even the choice of materials. The floors in the foyer, canteen and bathrooms are made of an exclusive South German natural stone that tells the story of millions of years of geology with its embedded fossils. The natural floor creates an elegant contrast to the white walls, floating stairs and supports the modern and open expression of the building.
Green and energy efficient framework
Green Tech House was designed back in 2014 as a living example of future sustainable solutions. The building's enveloping glass screen has integrated solar shading and solar cells on the roof, which serves as a demonstration area for energy-producing technologies such as solar power and wind turbines.
